Who you got. I honestly don't have a favorite in this one because I like both fighters, both have a great shot at the win so I can toss a coin. It's a choice between stamina and power.
I want Santa Cruz to win simply so I don't need to watch another countdown featuring Davis trainer, that dude is seriously annoying, I have no idea how Davis stomachs him
If Leo can take the Punch i think he has a really good shot. But taking Davis' punch is easier said than done.
`All I want to see is the same as every fight I watch. That is the better man on the night getting the win he deserves whichever man it is. The fight being in San Antonio Texas makes my wish more likely to come true than if it was in Vegas
Davis stalks & walks Leo down then TKOs him in 8 rounds. Leo is Too small, got nothing to gain tanks respect & keep him off of him.
It would absolutely hilarious if Leo beats that clown... But I can't see it. Davis is too big for Leo and has too much firepower. Davis TKO 7.
Prime natural 135 who hits like a truck vs a blown up 122 who has seen better days and has only fought above 126 once and that was against a soft hitting natural 126 pounder. We've never seen LSC hit on the chin by a 130 pounder who can punch, let alone a 135 pounder (and Twink has always been a 135 pounder who looked like death on the scales at 130) who hits like a truck. Even down at 126 the hardest puncher he's fought is probably Frampton.
Mu hunch is Tank wins this. While shorter, he'll likely be the noticeably bigger guy fight night and has the bigger punch. If he get going and has good confidence half way through, I think he'll take it. Leo's best days are 10 pounds south and 5 years ago.
I'm probably just being influenced by how much I like LSC as a person but I think this is a much closer fight than ppl think it is. Leo could win a decision. Tank could knock leo out. But hard for me to see tank win a decision without some knockdowns (has leo ever been down?) But I could def see a weight drained tank be unable to starch Leo and then gassing in the late fight and getting stopped on his feet.
