    He never even for a second considered giving Johnson a rematch, though, did he?

    As to Diaconu (WHO?) of course there's no mention of him wanting to prove he didn't duck him by fighting him, as Dawson fans would like us to believe. "I wish Dawson would beat that midget up to shut up all his stupid fans!", "He will reclaim his belt after beating Tarver and shut all the Diaconu fans up!", "He shouldn't have been stripped; Diaconu should have waited for Dawson to fight Tarver, before asking for a fight!", Dawson fans love telling me.

    Dream on! He's not fighting Diaconu; there's a very good reason why he ducked him and why he will never fight him. It wouldn't do for the p4p No1 in waiting to be KOed my some unknown, limited midget with no stamina, no one's ever heard about, would it now...;) Now that wouldn't be good for business. Tarver rematch, on the other hand...yeah...that's a meaningful fight; that's what boxing needs!:deal :yep

    Blah Blah Blah...Look as long as Dawson is fighting top ELITE fighters no one will champion your arguement...Diaconu is a nobody right now...Will he become an elite top fighter??? maybe but I doubt it...Look you have to understand that only three or four of the people here really even care to see that fight now between Dawson and Diaconu, two of you have already weighted in on this thread:yep ....If Dawson fights the winner of either hopkins vs Pavlik or Calzaghe vs Jones people will keep saying DiacoWHO:hi: ...In the mean while you and his three other fans will cry while he keeps fighting clubfighters and never-was-beens:good and doing nothing to improve his chances of gaining a fight with Dawson

    Why? Dawson owned tarver. Less people will be watching a rematch then were watchign the first fight.

    Seems silly to me, I cant see it happening....Dawson won this fight clearly, and tarver will be 6 months older by the time the next fight comes around.

    You are obsessed man. Dawson just won very convivcingly over a far more proven fighter than Diaconu. It was a top performance. It really looks stupid.

    For Dawson to actually consider a possible rematch with Tarver even if it never happens which it probably won't show's he NEVER wants to see Glen Johnson again:lol: When it came to the possibility of giving Glen Johnson a rematch (a man that gave him the scare of his life) Dawson flat out said no. So for him to say he "doesn't want a rematch (with Tarver) but if it happens it happens" means he probably does want one. Johnson has a rugged and busy enough style to touch Dawson's chin which he proved and Dawson knows it. Glen damn near ko'd dawson and I think he's scared of him. Dawson is talented but he's a SUCKER in my book:yep

    Seriously, what waves has Dicou made (apart from in the media) that brings him into the picture here?
    Yeah, he was made Dawson's mandatory, but he's beat **** all.

    Let the guy establish some kind of resume first, and then if his profile is big enough, they can duke it out then.

    What's the point of a rematch exactly?, Dawson is just younger and far more active, Tarver won't bring anything new in a rematch.
