i would really like to see dawson calzaghe, but i think dawson hopkins is more likely. dawson by UD.

 

Calzaghe fights 2 legends from his own generation and gets slated. Dawson fights guys he has 10 plus years on and keeps looking for more and somehow he's the best thing since edible underwear and supposedly he's P4P material... fresh and ready to replace that latest exposed hypejob, Pavlik. Oh dear. He went life and death with an ancient Johnson and beat an antique Tarver and now everyone is supposed to fear him? Utter bollocks. Hopkins and Calzaghe would both school him.

 

When will Dawson be criticised for chasing old men?

Im not disagreeing with you about Dawson...but cmon man...wtf? Calzaghe derserves about as much bull**** credit as Dawson does

Your post shows how biased full of **** you are dude. Jones is shot sure... never said he wasnt. On the other hand Hopkins is a long long way from shot and you have made yourself look like a dickhead for suggesting otherwise. Did you watch him fight Pavlik? That wasnt the performance of a shot fighter. And wtf is wrong with calling Jones and Hopkins legends from Joe's era? They both undeniably are legend and the both undeniably are from Joe's era.

Hopkins may be 43 but he is not shot.

Calzaghe's wins over Eubank, Reid, Lacy, Kessler, Hopkins, and Jones prove that thus far he has twice the resume as Dawson. I'm not saying Calzaghe isnt overrated or that he is the best p4p but he has accomplished alot more then Dawson. We just have to wait and see how well Dawson fairs against other LH's in their primes, if he accepts the challenges that is.

 

To become the most feared boxer, you have to prove something first! Tyson was feared in hes prime because he was an unstoppeble beast in the ring! Margerito was/is feared because he slayed all the big names put in front of him!

Dawson and Haye have done nothing yet, but calling out guys.. it does not make you feared IMO.. They are just being hyped up SO FAR!

 

Joe gets beat in the States, IMO.

 

Chad Dawson's talented and all, but I don't think he can beat Calzaghe and Hopkins at the same time. :roll:
