You really don't want Ward fighting Bute, do you? If there's still
Bute hanging around, then why not fight him, clean up the division and then move up? It doesn't make sense to move up before the Bute match, when it's right on the horizon.

I guess you and Ward have that in common. You both want him to avoid Bute.

It has nothing to do with Bute, thats what you fail to realize.

Ward-Dawson is all about supremacy and moving up the ladder, to superstardom.

He won't be "the man" if he ducks Bute. He can only do it for so long.

And he's not going to duck Bute in favor of fighting a huge LHW like Chad Dawson, it won't happen.

Ward's running out of options and he'll be forced to sign for a Bute fight soon enough.

Read Wards twitter, he seems quite hungry and open for a Dawson fight.

You're post doesn't make sense, you didn't address my question. Why not fight Bute now and then Dawson once he's cleaned up the division?

    Your*

    1. Bute is tied with Froch for two bouts.
    2. He is THE MAN at SMW, even Froch and Interbox have acknowledged this, Dawson is the man at LHW with the Ring and WBC strap, so that fight is a megafight with the two best of their respective divisions.

He was also on twitter complaining about Bute fighting Froch when it was Ward's explicit refusal to fight Bute "right now" that led to that matchup.

So I take what he says on twitter with a grain of salt.

I would like to see a Ward/Dawson fight.

Better for Ward to take a fight then wait around for the Froch/Bute winner.

Ward and Dawson would never be superstar no mather what they accomplish , they are not popular enough , Bute would never be one too because he's a foreigner. The only persons to say that will be US the boxing fans.

    1. no he's not. You* don't understand what a rematch clause is.
    2. Ward-Dawson isn't a megafight, I don't get why you keep on claiming this. Both of those guys can't draw flies. In terms of reaching superstardom, It would make way more sense for Ward to fight Bute. But you don't want that, that's what all of your posts boil down to.

If Bute win it will only be a one fight contract. 80 % of the boxing community think Bute would win ven if the fight it's in Nothingham

Yes, but if he beats Froch, Froch is out of title contention and might just say he had broken something in training camp and slither his way to a rematch in Canada. Thats how boxing works.

There's nothing wrong with the best of two divisions facing one another. :thumbsup

That makes no sense. Bute-Froch is less than a month away.

Why not wait that long if you've already spent the first few months of the year on the sidelines without a fihgt signed.
