But wait! Dawson was going to. . Would have. . . Could have. . Should have! And better yet! Hopkins beat Pascal, and Dawson beat HOpkins. . . That means he doesn't even have to rematch him to claim to be better! YAY FOR DA TRIANGLE THEORIES!!!!

 

Hmm thats not what i read. And i doubt bute will get the decision in england anyway. So if bute doesnt ko Froch, he'll lose and the rematch happen in canada. And dawson vs ward is a better fight imo then ward vs bute.

 

I did not too long ago and it's what I base my opinion on. Dawson if focused can learn from that fight and beat Pascal. It looked like he was even close to stopping Pascal in the first fight. I don't know if he would have, but if Dawson steps up the gas earlier in the second fight and uses his left hand more, he'll win

Pascal is likeky going to fight Cloud in which it isnt a guarantee Pascal will beat Cloud. So if Cloud beats Pascal, u still want to see Pascal vs Dawson rematch?

 

So he needs to go on and do that. . . THen worry about 168 pound fighters. . . Cause from where I'm standing, Pascal - 1; Dawson - 0.

 

And? Froch is 1-0 vs Pascal. So is that mean if Froch beats Bute then Pascal should call out Froch for a rematch?

I feel you. Pascal can do what he did the first fight as well. But when I saw it, it pretty much looked like, Dawson controlled the fight for more periods of time, but Pascal would win the rounds, because the moments he won were much more dominant.

 

Eh, probably not so much. . . But if he beats Cloud, then Dawson HAS to fight him, and Pascal would move past him as best 175 pounder. . .

Huh? Pascal is the one who needs to be pursuing a rematch with Froch, not the other way around. . .

But yes, I would LOVE to see that rematch at 168, or 175. . . It was an awesome fight.


I don't know where this is going. . . I just know that Ward needs to fight Bute (if he beats Froch), and Dawson needs to rematch pascal, who beat him. . .

 

The only reason Bute's locked up with Froch is because Ward said he wanted Bute to prove himself. So Ward wanted an easier fight after the S6. Understandable since that was a hard tourny. Ok so how does fighting Dawson gonna be any easier than fighting Bute? He should have just fought his mandatory Anthony Dirrell and then fight Bute next.
