It's because of Chad Dawson and Gary shaw trying to convince everyone that Hopkins is scared of this sorelosing punk and that Dawson was too strong thast night.:rofl:lol: Dawson even believed that he was getting closer and closer and he just knew he was gonna score a knockout, even though he was the one frustrated after their first round and it was starting to get worse.:yep

I think that Bernard is a clever guy, but a disgrace to boxing with all his dirty tricks..

So seeing him get stopped would be nice.

However, having the Black Goofy do it would be bad for boxing because rarely before has boxing had a champion with less appeal than Chad The Black Goofy Dawson.. so if he wins the division is ****ed..

I think if Hopkins fought a guy as young gifted and talented as Dawson who had a punch we may see him stopped but i just dont think its Dawson

I think Dawsons gonna win unless he shits the bed like vs Pascal or fights Hopkins fight or the anger from fight 1 makes him fight stupid

i wasnt impressed by Hopkins vs Pascal and hes coming off an injury and a long lay off for his age

This is an example of a stupid post. The intent was clearly to discredit Dawson's KO power.

    Adrian Diaconu

    Career stoppage defeats: 1

    Antonio Tarver I + II

Winky was tough as nails with that turtle defense of his and snapping right jabs accurately in your face, I mean in Mosley's face twice, in Tito shutting him out, in Taylor who escaped with a draw and Bernard was the only guy to have taken his jab away by stepping back, putting on a bait, making him lean forward and then doing everything inside, short, straight punching and the fight was actually decided in the end stretch according to HBO. Winky was not a LHWT but he fought just 10 pounds above MW after Taylor so that thang of him being overweight is BS! Now, Winky is still thinking about it and tries to help Scully, Chad and company to keep this guy at bay. This people don't understand that Hopkins can skip that jab without backing str8 up, he just has to move his head to the side and even counter-jab. The problem that I do acknowledge is that the fella has flashy hads but out of defense, not stepping in with punches so let's see. But Winky was as difficult if not more difficult in those circumstances i believe but, you know Canibus, Cal-Kessler was at the same time more or less so they counted Nard out cause the Winky fight was "BORING" they say... That is they said until Cal found a seat on his trunks inside 3 minutes... This guy couldn't stop someone they used to say he ducked in the "White Shark" Diaconu and with Manny there and now they are going to stop, no, he says knock out Hopkins with Iceman Scully, gary Shaw and all those big balls of them...

But if he had the power that people like your dumbass suggest he has, he would of stopped one of them, regardless if they all can take a punch. And Hopkins has one of the best chins of any great fighter.(pascal rocked him in the second fight with pulverizing looping hook and Hopkins took it) Antowne Echols was the hardest puncher in the middleweight division and Hopkins took his best punch(he has a lot more one punch power than Bad Chad) And quit trying to pretend that you like Hopkins(like you claimed in your other post) because your another hater.

Thanks for all the redundant info, the point of my post was not soo much to discredit Dawson's power but more to show how Hopkins has not lost via KO or even come close to being KO'd yet somehow it's reasonable to hold the opinion Dawson is going to KO him :nut

If Chad Dawson had the power that people claimed he had, he would of had Glen Johnson out on his feet as many times he connected and he couldn't even finish Jean Pascal. Matterfact, Froch caught Pascal with better punches than Chad Dawson. He also caught Tarver with some good shots and Tarver took whatever he threw at him. Chad Dawson has a lot of physical strength but that's not punching power, too different things.

Mothaf***** loses his balance, steps on his own feet and backing away, falls and then he was suposed to get closer. I mean, he was not hitting him so why did he want to get closer? Don't tell me he wanted to feel the Hopkins breath to measure if he was scared or not?!?:huh This goofy, cause someone called him that name and it's not that I don't respect him as a person but I don't respect what he's doing vocally, this goofy is supposed to stick to a game plan jsut cause he proved he can hit a guy who has no defense in Glen and he proved he can hardly sustain Glen's punches back at him. This people are absolutely hysterical!!!

Dawson will win, but he isn't stopping Hopkins, Hopkins may quit or fake an injury or something of that nature, but he won't be KO'd.

Hopkins even admitted that anybody can be knocked down like he was in that Pascal faceoff but what is important is what happens afterwards. If Dawson was knocked down twice by Pascal, would he go after Pascal?
