Dawson late tko in the 9th

I have a feeling something weird like this will happen again. And stylistically this is just a weird fight period-- not entertaining and difficult to predict.

 

He's another Antown Echols.(mentally he is) You guys just wait and see when B-Hop starts to take his weapons away.

 

Sure Reppin from Little Rock, Arkansas from where Jermain or Jermaine and that guy who was caught with Monica in the White House come from, sure Hopkins has every reason to quit starting with Chad who is all mighty puncher...

 

No I know why he had Jermaine Taylor winning those fights against Hopkins by the wide margin he had it. He's a fan, thanx Dorfmeister.

 

Do people around here realize he tried to hook Pascal's legs at a certain point 2? The first time I saw someone tryin to hook a leg in boxing was Reid against calzaghe and I thought it was preposterous. Definitely the guy must have done wrestling as a part of physical training, maybe in College or something.

 

Im going with Dawson ud , not sure off top of my head but I don't think he's a had a stoppage since 2007?

When have I called Dawson a "mighty puncher"? I've said and will say again Dawson will win a boring, uneventful, UD. What does Little Rock or Jermain have to do with anything? This is a 47 year old man fighting a skilled, fresher, younger, stronger, faster, bigger guy...it's a no brainer. I'm sorry if it hurts your feelings, and I haven't disrespected Hopkins, he was a great fighter and ATG...but he's not good enough to beat Dawson anymore, I don't really feel like I'm going out on a limb here. Anything can happen in boxing but when looking objectively at the match up there's absolutely no reason to expect Hopkins to win.

 

"Wide margin"...wtf you talking about this is about the third time you've simply made something up that "I said", to fit your agenda ( what ever that may be). By all means link the post where I've said Taylor won by a "wide margin"...

Taylor won 7 of the first 8 rounds...Gave Hopkins the 5th, it's simple math. Hopkins won the last third of the fight but Jermain won more rounds, even though it was close.

Hopkins vs Taylor II:
Taylor won 8 rounds in that fight, 2-6, 8,11-12...obviously a more clear victory than the first.

Which 7 rounds did you give Hopkins in these fights?

Now I know that's your scorecard but that's not a close fight 8-4. There's no way Jerminae won those first 7 and he didn't give Hopkins the 5th, your really going overboard. And the second fight, Hopkins not only started faster but still won the majority of the second half of the fight and didn't get credit for his clean punching. Jermaine was throwing flashy punches at the end of round 12 and 8 and he loss the majority of that whole round and they gave him those rounds. All he did was what Sugar Ray did against Hagler, he throws a combo at the end of a round he losses and they give it to him because it looks flashier. His best rounds in the second fight was round 6 and 11 and hopkins would of won round 11 if he was still fighting a tactical fight like he was doing but decided to start putting pressure on Taylor and it showed because Taylor was getting weaker and Hopkins was getting stronger.

 

I don't know if I can see a stoppage, but I do see dawson handily winning

 

I'll give you that- I can see B-Hop mind ****ing him-- I'm still not making a prediction, weird fight..
