Dude, I know that 'Fighter A beats Fighter C & Fighter B beats Fighter A so Fighter B beats Fighter C' stuff is unreliable but how do you rate a guy so highly who has fought nobody (or nobodies if you'd prefer)?

Dawson is all wrong for Joey ... JC gets wrecked by him. He'll NEVER sign for that matchup - he'd never risk it - he's more likely to call out Eubanks after losing to Hopkins.

The undeniable comedic quality of this thread aside, Calzaghe would dismantle Dawson, Chad doesn't have one single advantage over Calzaghe, the beating would be Lacy-esque, not sure of Dawson could last the 12, probably better for him if he didn't.

 

Regardless of power, if johnson can throw four punch combos and land 3, Joe can throw 8 punch combos and land six.

before last night i would have said Dawson style might make a hards night work for Joe, but he has gone down in my estimations, Joe dismantles him.

Calzaghe - Tarver has spurred a lil interest in me though, which is surprising as i had written him off after the Hopkins loss!

Thank God for Glencoffe Johnson. He destroyed the myth of RJJ and he exposed Chad Dawson for the overhyped clown he is. He's a light-heavy version of Rahman, but better. If we hadn't had Rahman, we'd never know just how sad Lummox Lewis was and how soft the Brit's chin really showed itself to be.
