Source? I can't find this story anywhere online. I feel for Chad, but I do think this was a lose-lose fight for him.

 

i think this is 6 or 7 fights that have been postponed in the last 2 months....driving promoters crazy

Agree completely. Fight are being cancelled left and right. Most seem to be for legit injuries, but man, it sure seems like every day lately another fight is cancelled.

 

I guess this means Milkdud doesn't get another face lift.

 

Hopefully this isn't a recurring theme for Chad. But i wouldn't lose any sleep over this fight being cancelled.

 

Dawson is faking it because he knows Tarver would have ko'd him this time.
















On a serious note though, the rematch is pointless. Tarver doesn't have what it takes to beat Dawson.

 

Like others I hope its cancelled altogether but I thought Tarver had a rematch clause so Dawson might still be stuck with this. This was the one fight that stuck out like a sore thumb on HBO's early schedule. I won't miss this fight at all but hopefully this doens't become a recurring injury for Dawson.

 

Good queef, it seems like none of the promoters can catch a break lately. I'm glad the fight's postponed ( cancelled, ideally, but don't count on it), but here's hoping the hand fracture is a one time thing and won't become a lingering problem for Dawson.

Bring in Cunnigham to face Tarver on that date and set up something better for Chad once he's healed up.
