Ithink Diaconu will look better than with Henry,no more problems like then, and I saw Branco's last fight on the undercard of Diaconu vs Henry and he didn't look hot but most likely he will show up in a better shape, depends on what shape he shows up

Klitschko Peter is going to save the ratings, trust me.

Ratings? This fight isn't on pay-per-view, it's on Showtime. What does ratings have to do with this fight? And I seriously doubt any casual fan knows who Samuel Peter or Vitali Klitschko is.

At least Dawson is admitting it. Check out Calzaghe stating that Jones is not shot at all.

    --------

JOE CALZAGHE has angrily denied his next opponent Roy Jones Jr is a shot fighter — despite calling him washed up only LAST year.

Calzaghe faces American veteran Jones — a former world champion at four weights — in New York on November 8.

Yet in his autobiography last year, the Welshman derided Jones, now 39, as ‘old and washed up’.

But, as the pair head for Cardiff on the fourth leg of their trans-Atlantic promotional tour, Calzaghe insisted: “It p***es me off when people say Jones is shot.

“I said he should retire but he’s come back and won three times since. You’re only as good as your last fight and this guy can still fight.”

    ---------

    Enjoy.

Dawson's gonna look foolish if he loses.

I never understand the stupid tactic of deriding your opponent before a fight.

Sure, maybe you can't go around saying they're the most awesome fighting machine ever witnessed, but insulting their skills and abilities just makes you gain very little if you win, or look like a colossal berk if you lose.

One legacy of Ali's reign I could do without...

Tarver is certainly past his prime, and if Dawson fights smartly and shows his true ability then he should definitely beat Tarver, and i wouldn't be surprised at all if he stopped him with body punching. Tarver is known for fading and Eric Harding and Bernard Hopkins exposed this, the only difference is that Chad has the power and is a natural light heavyweight so Tarver will have a hard time making the distance if he doesn't land something to nullify the attack or get Dawson's respect. I was talking to Chad on myspace and he told me that training camp is going great and that he is already on weight. He also told me that Tarver is mainly focusing on losing the weight rather than getting in shape, because he was about 210 pounds shortly after their press conference in LA.

I was impressed with the kind of performance Tarver put on against Clinton Woods and I can certainly see him beat Dawson !!
