Tavoris Cloud has been waiting for his shot at the title. Will he get it?

Cloud might want to, you know, get in the ring once in awhile.

Tavoris needs to keep active and B-Hop definately needs to face Dawson and then move to cruiserweight

Cloud should have had his shot by now, but HBO were so desperate to get Dawson on board they bought the pointless rematch with Tarver - instead of giving the old man $200k and telling him to **** off.

Cloud would beat Dawson IMO - a real big puncher, becoming the 1st to stop Julio Cesar Gonzalez last time out.

Both he and Clinton Woods have fought eliminators for a shot at the IBF..... why not pair them up in a final eliminator. If Cloud could stop Woods (only RJJ has done, by corner retirement) it would send a huge statement, because nobody else has really put a dent in Clinton.

Cloud does need to get in the damn ring. He has potential but he needs to display it more to help his cause in getting a title shot. I think Hopkins is actually afraid of Dawson and knows he probably cant beat him for several reasons. 1. Dawson is a natural 175 pounder and grew into the weight naturally not because of age. 2. Dawson shows shades of a Calzaghe type in the way that he throws alot of punches (not as many as Joe), but he is more accurate and they are more powerful. 3. At this stage in Hopkins career I think he has doubts about his own offense and getting to Dawson who is actually 2 inches taller then Hopkins and has a slight reach advantage. 4. Age just might be starting to play a factor with Hopkins as he is now into his mid 40's, and Dawson is in the prime of his career and is very hungry. Dawson is one of the few guys out there today that I dont think Hopkins can beat at 175 pounds. Dawson should target some of the younger guys like Cloud, but I do believe that Johnson deserves a rematch.

Not to be missunderstood though, I would like to see Dawson face Hopkins I just dont think Hopkins would be able to pull out a win. It would still be a credible match and worth watching.

BHop needs to stop fighting guys he thinks he can beat. Guys moving up in weight to meet his ass, how about BHop fighting somebody his size with the potential to beat his ass.

Dawson is that guy! this needs to happen so people can really appreciate how good Dawson is or to expose his ass for the bum many around here think he is, either way BHop IS THE ANSWER to the question of the quality of Dawson.

He exposed Kelly, lets see him do it to Dawson. I say Bhop gets waxed this time and he knows it and its why this fight will never happen.

theres one key difference between calzaghe and dawson at this stage and thats ring IQ. Before he quit boxing as much as it pains me to say it calzaghe was probably the most intelligent and adaptable fighter in the game. Dawson atm is a dumb**** in the ring. i'd love to see him find a home for his combinations when hes not the one in control of the pace and distance and the target is not the same as it was. I'd love to see him get constantly peppered from all angles with his low right and no head movement. Dawson is excellent but so overrated its untrue

It's going to be Cloud depending if Cloud doesn't fight someone else (he hasn't fought since August).

If Cloud decides not to fight Dawson right away, Dawson probably would give Glen Johnson a rematch.
