good they made a lot of changes
    HEAVYWEIGHTS:

David Haye (No. 3 last week) changes places with Alexander Povetkin (No. 2 last week) as a result of Haye’s emphatic TKO of John Ruiz.

    CRUISERWEIGHTS:

Denis Lebedev (No. 10 last week) moves to No. 8, which pushes down Matt Godfrey, who slips from No. 8 to No. 10.

“Although the circumstance were a bit confusing for all concerned, Matt Godfrey’s withdrawal from a match with Steve Cunningham, who was ready to fight Godfrey for the vacant IBF 200-pound crown, coupled with Lebedev’s greater activity prompted the change,” said Collins.

    FEATHERWEIGHT:

Rocky Juarez (No. 8 last week) falls out of the ratings after his loss to Jason Litzau at junior lightweight. His exit allows Mario Santiago (No. 9 last week) and Daniel Ponce De Leon (No. 10 last week) to climb one rung each and makes room for Miguel Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs) to debut at No. 10.

    POUND-FOR-POUND:

Hopkins (No. 4 last week) falls to No. 6 after his unimpressive win over Jones. This moves up Juan Manuel Marquez from No. 5 to No. 4 and Nonito Donaire from No. 6 to No. 5.

“With so many of those currently ranked in THE RING’s pound-for-pound ratings (Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley, Juan Manual Marquez, Miguel Coto, Dawson, Paul William, and Celestino Caballero), having important matches scheduled, expect a major shakeup as the summer progresses,” Collins said.

just shows how far behind the Ring are. ESB rankings already had Dawson winning the championship agaisnt Johnson.

The Ring belt is a trinket, nothing more, nothing less. It's just a magazine.

most of the ring titles are vacant at the moment and with two of the weights - cruiser and light-welter, the champions don't fight at the weight anymore (i believe adamek and pacman are still champs at those weights) so it's a bit of a joke really

The Ring p4p rankings are a joke. Hopkins shouldn't even be top 10 any more.

Could be an argument there saying Pascal is 2 but eh he's there or thereabouts!! I see Dawson winning a wide decision unless he's nailed by a lottery shot by Pascal!! Jean Pascal is a good fighter but does not have the experience or boxing knowledge to beat Dawson IMO..

Dawson is a slick fighter and a very quick fighter too, I am a little skeptical about his resistance BUT that is only cos I ain't seen him nailed clean and I have heard a few gym stories about him?? It could just be BS though??

I'll say this much the winner fighting Tavouris Cloud will be great too or while he waiting Tavouris could beat Shumenov?? Although Im quite sure GBP wouldn't take that fight for there man!!:good

If Chad loses this fight, i promise NEVER to comeback on ESB.

Watch Dawson put on a boxing 101 and completely outclass Pascal.

i love watching Dawson. just textbook. pure class, but i really rate Pascal.

we know that Dawson has all the skill but does he have the temperment to not let Pascal turn it into a dog fight??
