    i think that is a fight that chad might underestimate rjj cause he is old but rjj could bring alot to the table but still i see chad winning a ud

    I think Roy could still knock him out if he somehow got his killer instinct back. Unlikely though, but he definitely has more potential to hurt Chad then vice versa, IMO.

    Dawson is a great body puncher. Roy gives you the body to counter over top. Dawson would batter him.

    Dawson would stop Jones. He has power and is a good body puncher, and that would not be good for Jones considering he fades mid way through fights now. I don't see this fight going to the middle rounds.

    Would be like the Calzaghe fight except no first round knock down and Dawson hits harder than Calzaghe i believe = Dawson by KO/TKO

    I hate the way everyone always has to mention Roy isn't in his prime anymore, yeah we know. Prime Roy would do this, and that, and ko a polar bear.

    I'm srry but this is a ******ed thread. I could see if we were talking about a prime Jones, but Jones as of today against Dawson, not even close

    Thats because in his prime there was nothing like Jones ..If you haven't followed his career then you couldn't appreciate it ..Now though Dawosn kills Jones too much youth and speed for Jones ..If Chad stays on track he could be the heir apparent !

    I think Jones problems are more mental than physical right now.

    I'm not convinced that Dawson is a hard puncher. He definitely throws a lot and outworks guys, but a lot of his punches get blocked and don't really stop the other guys from coming forward. And of the top guys he's faced I haven't seen him really hurt any of them. I have seen Chad get pretty badly hurt though by both Adamek and Johnson.

    Calzaghe gets a lot of flack for his hand problems and lack of power, but then again he's consistently able to back up guys who are supposed to be bigger and stronger than him.

    Dawson also takes breaks and fights in spurts, just like Roy. I think it would be a good competetive fight.
