Ok mates lets sort it out. There was no ducking going on at all. Believe it or not fighters sometimes get injuries preparing for a fight. It will be a good fight with Diaconu making believers out of everyone. Diaconu is almost as exciting as watching Tyson in his prime. Oh yea he can box too. He literally mangled Hoye's face inside of 3 rds:deal Who was supposed to be the top contender at LHW. Diaconu is very intelligent, cunning and viscious. Whats not to like??

Woods isn't a power puncher so that means little, and Woods has also beaten a few other top 10 fighters so the comparison means little too. Diaconu has beaten ONLY Hoye. He is being overhyped because some of you post constantly that he is some kind of beast, when his resume, skill, power, etc fall short of the accolades you guys toss at him.

As exciting as watching Tyson in his prime (almost)? His power isn't nearly as impressive as some of you make it out to be. His KO ratio is LOWER than Dawson's for godsakes. He stopped Hoye, but just previous to that he couldn't even stop a guy who had been stopped in his last 2 fights. Stop with the exaggeration already.

 

He won't make as much money as if he was fighting Tarver, Hopkins, Jones or Calzaghe but it will still be his biggest purse to date.

And Dawson doesn't need to fight him, he just needs to schedule a fight before January 25. But he will fight Diaconu next just because he's the mandatory.

 

Dawson might dump the WBC title if they try to get in way of a fight with Tarver, This fight is much bigger for Dawson than the WBC title It means a 7 number pay day for Dawson and if he wins he is the man in USA and the backing of the big TV networks Who bring the money.
