Days when you do less.

    On the days when you do less then usual an off day were your energy levels aint as high for example on your roadwork you usally do 7 but do 5 today, Do you feel like you have cheated yourself and that you coulda done more or do you put it down to an off day?

    Yeah I allow myself sometimes 1 off day when it just aint there but I wont allow 2 days like that ill force myself to finish the workout.

    Look.
    I get the idea you're worried of taking rest time.
    One whole day a week, do absolutely nothing if you like.
    Eat WHATEVER you like, as much as you like, and do absolutely nothing.
    very little harm will come of it!

    Don't feel bad about off days.
    They're good for the body (recover properly, not just feel ok), and good for the soul!
