Exactly the same issue with Matchroom Boxing Cards

 

Box nation was excellent at one point. UK and/or international boxing on every other week. I couldn't even tell you what's been on DAZN but I know it's nowhere near as consistent as box nation used to be.

 

Yep. What the point?

the biggest revenue driver in boxing is TV rights. To break even based on a DAZN model that fight would have had to be watched by 90,000 worldwide subscribers

January 2022 was Matchroom Fresh Air - no live body in sight like their handpicked opponents most weeks

 

To be fair I can remember the months of January on BoxNation where there was usually only a single USA card at the end of the month.

January has never been a big boxing month.
