Povetkins fooking corner wanted it stopped his trainer nearly jumped in the ring.

 

Most impressive KO of Joshua's career. Emphatic win, but the alarming regularity he was getting hit by that counter overhand right honestly has me worried about the potential Wilder fight.

Granted Wilder doesn't have the offensive skill or punch placement, but he makes up for it by only needing one.

 

Lucky the ref stopped it when he did, Povetkin was about to be hospitalised.

 

He's just beaten a much better boxer to be fair.

 

He's 40 years ffs and was shorter, tubbier and and slower.

 

Pov did well to get up from first knock down.

 

Huge win for Joshua.....started with a big right hand.

 

I had Povetkin up by 1 round but the momentum going toward Joshua, however all three judges had AJ ahead which I don’t agree with.

However, no one has done that to Povetkin, ever, Amateurs or Pro’s!

Nice finish but if Povetkin was a few years younger he would've gotten Joshua out of there.
