    5-1 Povetkin?

Seems like some hatred towards AJ most of all. He won rounds 4 and 6 - round 3 even imo.

Obviously Joshua had to figure out Povetkin for the first 4-5 rounds - but only halfway through the fight, and Joshua stopped Povetkin.

Not really a close fight, a 7th round KO - but Povetkin did good until the knockout.

You two could meet up and have a joint pity party.

Most of the fighters, when they are in their prime physically, they are not mentally. And they are mentally at their prime when they have passed their physical prime. It happens a lot. I would say that it happens to every fighter, but maybe 2 or 3 geniuses per generation. And that's a pity, tbh. That's what happens to povetkin. He was better physically 5 years ago, but now he is wiser. Hard to know if he had won to AJ 5 years ago. At least you are right, vs vladimir... he didnt look very sharp, tbh.

No one’s crying. Stop derailing conversations and disrespecting opinions you disagree with. My observation was valid. Look at my posts I’ve given credit to Joshua, I’ve praised his resilience. I thought that was a cracking fight. I want to exchange views with reasonable boxing fans here.

That's the beauty of HW boxing. You can be down by a mile on the scorecards, but one punch and it won't matter.

Anyone who believes that was an early stoppage is either truely delusional or knows absolutely nothing about boxing!

The hate against AJ is unreal.

Never mind the ref stopping the fight, which was the correct decision, his team waved the fight off at the same time!

    No pity here.

I predicted how this fight was going to end and it went exactly how I described it would go

How did you have it? I haven't checked other's scores but I had Povetkin ahead (I missed one round though).

Anyone who says Wilder will KO Joshua needs to sort themselves out. Ask yourself this: Is Wilder as accurate, as active, as vicious, as skillful as Povetkin? You know the answer. Yes, right hands land and AJ might be shook. But the thing is, YOU'VE GOT TO LAND THEM. Wilder doesn't have the pressure or aggression to land on AJ, nor are his hooks as devastating. Those hooks would send Deontay Wilder to the canvas, asleep, gone. Just watch the fight again and look at those outrageous, deadly, monstrous hooks!

Why wont Hearn or AJ even mention Fury as a potential opponent? Keep saying Wilder or Whyte

So I guess you really dislike Wilder too, just making sure it apply both ways?

Povetkin probably would have KO'd Wilder.

Because Fury has to beat Wilder first?
