No, I banned him because he's made over 50 threads about the same thing for the last 4 months. He's a troll.

After seeing it back, clearly not, but I do have to write right after the stoppages, so I didn't catch how badly he was hurt.

Well, yes, but it only went 6 rounds - and it was stopped because Joshua won by KO. If that KO doesn't happen, and let's say Povetkin survives the round, Joshua goes on to dominate the rest of the fight anyway. None of these hypotheticals matter anyway though, because like when Lewis smashed Vitali, the judges don't matter unless it goes the distance.

But Loma lost to a Salido who is far 'older', well i guess the correct phrasing would be 'worn', than Wlad/Pov.

He got KTFO'd while definitely ahead on the cards (regardless of what Eddie's judges say) and having visibly wobbled Joshua at the end of the first.

He was far, far more competitive in those 6 rounds then Parker was in his allotted 12 IMO, and the KO was far more indicative of his riskier style than it was anything else, people forget too easily that Parker spent most of his time on the backfoot, occasionally leaping forward with attacks that Joshua was mostly able to avoid, albeit clumsily. Sasha and Ortiz are still the number three and four HWs for me.

Funny how he felt the need to label you with a derogatory term, yet was himself utterly clueless as to the legendary accomplishment of Big George ... on a Boxing forum, no less!

How revisionist of you! I said "Povetkin gets clever, ships a right hand and it's game over."
That's exactly what happened. You want to give Povetkin some sort of praise and I think he deserves it.
BUT not for getting anywhere near beating AJ, he never troubled AJ apart from knocking him off balance a couple of times and upsetting the previously broken nose he had.
Jeez, Joshua was just too big and bullied Povetkin once he knew it was minimal risk. It was a total whitewash in my book, AJ read him for three rounds, went into 2nd gear and smashed him to bits!

Read it again? I never read it in the first place, you're just that predictable I made an assumption based on your rhetoric. In any event, you didn't predict anything, you're thread title gave you away. The fight was a mandatory for a start, secondly it was the two best guys in the division. Third it was a good close fight (I had it 3 each going into the 7th) and lastly the stoppage was a good one (I'm also assuming you make your obligatory British stoppage complaint? Apologies if not).

Anyway, I'll leave you to it as you're clearly upset and emotional.

Povetkin will be kicking himself in the morning. He done almost everything right as well.

Thought Joshua would beat Wilder easy
Not so sure after that tho. Seemed off. Pressure starting to get to him. Needs an easy fight next.

Joshua is 'less boring' and he gets criticized again.

Not sure what else he can do to get praise.

He shows something different every fight, yet apparently he's more limited than Wilder.
