Also let's not forget a headclash in the preceding round clearly affected Povetkin as well. So elbow, then a headbutt, one of the two probably concussed him.

How? By being robotic for 6 rounds until Povetkin had a mental lapse? And he got his patented lucky punch in?

Joshua would be favourite, for sure; but I don't think Kuzmin would be a breeze for him by any stretch. A good fight to have lined up, though.

So you think Gassiev, Breidis, Glowacki and Hunter is a better resume than Wlad, Povetkin, Whyte and Parker? :loel:

The cut was definitely game changing. Stopped Povetkin’s aggression because he couldn’t see. His corner did a good job on it actually.

I've not once mentioned Hearn, other than in jest earlier in the thread.

    Stop 'Trolling'.

    Debate me.

Joshua got clearly rocked by that punch in the first round, he doesn't react good when he gets hit and everytime he fights i have the feeling he could get knocked out by one punch.

Just imagine Wilder would hit him clean with a right hand like Povetkin did with a short left hook and you know he will be in trouble against Wilder.

Maybe you should join deyell in the lounge Mr. Juisyk. You're every bit as bad a race baiter as he is.

I just did a RBR for 5 hours, I'm not doing a goddamn thing because I'm tired.

Have you ever seen Joshua keep his left hand so low? This was a really big sign of confidence by AJ, doing these kind of things against a dangerous opponent in Povetkin.

Whyte is average and was even worse at the time, Parker never looked great at world level, Povetkin was 39 & beaten by a man who AJ went life and death with recently, 5 years ago, and hasn’t looked great in recent outings against Hammer & Price. Klitschko was Better in his prime than anyone on Usyks resume, but he was 41, inactive for about 18 months and coming in off a loss when he fought AJ

Maybe but what I saw v Price it looks a easy fight for Joshua & he getting better each fight.

No, he's just didn't realize he was doing it, because he's not that bright or skilled a boxer.
