It’s good you not here and never will be and at the same time I feel sad for brits , because you are in UK.
Everyone of Canelo’s fights will be under the $9.99 a month model. The whole point of DAZN is to become the Netflix of sports. The more subscribers the model has the more likely it will keep the same price point. It is a proven model providing people sign up. If Canelo brings 1m subscribers he will have paid for himself twice over. As cancellations are very rare with these types of services. (1m x$9.99 x 12= $119M x 5 years = $599m) this is easily possible considering his $85 PPV were pulling in more viewers than that. Even allowing for a 25% cancellation which again is very high the profit margin is there. Charging PPV on top of subscription fees would almost kill the model immediately. It’s like joining Netflix then having to pay extra for certain movies.
I don't remember putting my address down when I signed up. Think it just asks for your full name email & valid credit card info. *edit* Oh and of course a password to register.
Well you'll get WBSS & soon Golden Boy too with the app. It's totally worth the money, as soon as the LDBC's fighters start joining either Golden Boy or Matchroom on DAZN the haters will quietly sign up as well, if they haven't already. They'll never admit it though
As a British fan I was wondering on DAZN can you watch them on a delay and are the cards uploaded immediately? As I quite like the idea of watching the whole card first thing on a Sunday morning rather than staying up all night for only half the card on Sky
Yep, I work every Saturday right around the time boxing starts, so I can start watching from the beginning of the show 2 hours after it's started if I want. I can watch from the beginning as soon as it's over, no wait time for it to become available. And that's for all shows WBSS Matchroom soccer whatever. Like this weekend was really busy at work so I didn't get finished with the Matchroom & WBSS cards till Monday. It's got a ton of content, a building on demand vault weigh ins press conferences cheap as hell and incredibly convenient. I don't care if I come off as a fanboy I love DAZN.
you can but they don't show the whole card like DAZN so you miss the like of Reshat Mati, Solomon and Anthony Sims Jr which I quite like watching their progress.
I dont have it yet but am considering it. I dont have TV and have been just youtubing fights the next day but in many cases its poor quality or spoiled results probably the next big card I'll get it I haven't done ESPN plus yet either....can you watch the televised ESPN fights on ESPN plus?
