DAZN confirms Canelo lost to GGG

Yep, but it worked. Fans quickly forgot about the robbery or bought the false narrative of Canelo’s greatness, and Canelo moved on to make the crooks lots of money. Crime pays. He is a cancer on the sport as are the criminals who have polluted boxing. The sport is rotten but once in a while a Bivol comes along and gives legit fans hope. Not as offer as I’d like but it happens once in a blue moon.

Canelo is good enough to beat bums like Smith and BJS and good enough to usually keep it close with more skilled fighters. That’s usually all it takes to give him the W.

GGG was starting to get mainstream exposure around that time. Did a lot of big time TV commercial spots and casual sports fans started to know his name. He would have become a megastar.

 

Canelo definitely lost the first fight. But he definitely won the second. And I'm a big GGG fan.

 

A Marquez moment is what is needed, and no one has hit Canelo harder.

 

Yep, but Canelo and his over paid judges don't care. Most of Canelo's fans don't mind it either. Not all are like that though.
