5-Tapia is hurt, but he returns fires, lots of messy action but a good body shot from Perez, Perez with a solid head shot, Tapia looking very tired as we close the round. 49-45 Perez

 

6-Sloppy action, Perez is over trying, Tapia spoiling and eats a big left, really ugly fight now. 59-54

 

7-Better round to watch, Tapia having flashes but it's hard to say he's doing enough, Perez landing more, landing harder and landing cleaner 69-63

The ref is absolutely awful in this fight. I'm surprised one of these guys haven't gotten hurt due to his lack of control.

 

8-Why the **** am I doing this? Anyway Tapia is rocked about 55 seconds in to the round, Perez in his face and leaning on, Perez getting away with shoving his head into the face and chest of Tapia, Jesus what an ugly slop fest!

 

9-Tapia backing off, Perez stalking but not doing much more than coming forward and eventually falls into a clinch. Tapia looks the fresher man amazingly, stiff right jab from Perez, a lot of wrestling and messy stuff, Tapia down - slip.

 

10-More mauling, Tapia firing back! Tapia's left eye is cut, Perez can't get the finish.

God that was....that was bad

Closer than I had it, but to be honest I zoned out a number of times there, awful fight

 

I wasn't really scoring the fight but every time I watched it Perez seemed to be beating Tapia up lol. I just wanted to credit Tabiti more for his win against Tapia. I think Tabiti took Tapia's soul though!

 

How can Dorticos tell the Pole not to cry, when he himself cried like a baby after he was KO'd by the Russian.
