DAZN increases price by 1000%

    DAZN has just increased the cost of subscription to 20 £ a month in the UK. In the UK when it first came out a couple of years ago it was only 2 £ a month. In addition, in America the cost for annual subscription is now $150 effective in May. Previously an annual subscription cost in America was $100.


    This is very disappointing. The fighters that they have are overpaid and instead of cutting the fighter salaries like they should they are sticking it to the fans.

    Those scumbags billed me for an annual subscription cost of $149.99 this morning even though I had cancelled my subscription months ago. They don't even have an 800 number. Had to chat with a representative through the website.

    Damn scumbags. I havent subbed to them since Estrada-Gonzalez 3. They havent even released El Guerra Civil yet, been saying COMING SOON, for ages now.

    I don't think DAZN will exist in 5 years. Boxing's been fragmented to the gills since the 70s and DAZN's failure to acquire other major sports was it's death sentence

    I actually don't mind paying £20 a month but the content is shite. I have no interest in YouTubers or women's boxing - sorry. I think DAZN PPV was worse than this

    I have a feeling boxing purses will begin to slow down soon and fighters will be obligated to take less money. The Floyd days are long gone, the world is in a different place and the promoter/network arms race was always unsustainable

    Haven't checked my account yet but not got an email about this increase. They taking the **** lately with boxing in the UK, a sly extra £5 here and there for PPV, getting tickets are double face value and now this. I soon rather log in here and get rbr updates at this rate

    I cancelled at the beginning of the year. They better not have re-upped me and charged me! I gotta look now.

    These guys are obviously coke addict greed mongers.

    At least put out a decent product guys....

    I would happily pay 20 quid for decent fights. As they are few and far between I will be cancelling.

    Thanks for the heads up. Just cancelled. I have til July to watch. But screw that price increase. They just keep upping the price and charging for ppv.

    I monitor my credit daily for new inquiries, new accounts, credit checks, etc..

    This is just DAZN being dumb.
