Cheeseman cuts the ring off very well Byfield is a mover & Cheeseman has been right on top of him the entire 5th leading to the knockdown.

Quite a run that Ryder has been on, three straight knockouts against highly credible opponents.

HOW ON EARTH did he manage to lose to average-ass Rocky Fielding???

Some of the Sky commentary team were saying Byfield had no power which I don't think is true. Ohara Davis said Byfield is one of the hardest punchers he's shared a ring with. Granted he's a 140 pounder and Byfield is a 154 pounder but he also shared a ring with many other bigger fighters too, including Cheeseman.

I haven't seen much of Cheeseman or Byfield but I know that the later is crazy awkward and not an easy guy to fight or look good against so I was impressed that Cheeseman was able to pretty much dominate such an awkward and tricky fighter and thought he fought a smart fight against an opponent who will cause many fighters nightmares just by being so goddamn awkward. And Byfield is a tough gutsy guy who showed a lot of heart to hang in there and take the amount of punishment he did and I thought his shots did look like they had some weight behind them when he committed to putting some mustard on them.

And now begins the ducking of Ryder sadly. VERY high risk - low reward opponent.

Same goes for the Arnfield match, even the Brit commentators had Ryder winning wide, they were perplexed by the decision.
