Jaime Andrés Cuesta vs. Jenel Villadar Lausa, 6 rounds @ super lightweight

 

Cuesta is eleven years younger and four inches taller, and he's 9-0 ...so clearly he's supposed to beat the Filipino journeyman, but he's going life and death here.

 

Lausa kicking this kid's ass...hitting in bunches and getting out without taking a receipt, with time for showboating even.

Cuesta looks frustrated, and had to be warned - by the ref and by Lausa himself - to stop rabbit punching.

 

Absolutely terrible officiating there...point deducted from Lausa with no warning for "holding" even though Cuesta was the one diving in on him.

You have to imagine that could be critical in the result to come, as Lausa was probably getting no better than a draw here for anything short of a KO.

I haven't been scoring but am bracing for the 60-53 x3 robbery this is sure to be...
