DAZN: Justis Pieter Huni vs. Troy Pilcher & Lucas Miller vs. Clay Anthony James Waterman RBR

Round 1

Pilcher is very jittery, bouncing in place and popping a jab. Pilcher falls into a clinch, shoving Huni against the ropes. Huni bobbing & weaving a bit, calmer than Pilcher but still also not finding much accuracy or rhythm to his offense. Just a smattering of power shots from both as they repeatedly fall together in clinches. Mostly nervous jabs from behind a high guard. Pilcher against moves Huni onto the ropes and works the body. Pilcher lands a straight right hand counter down the middle as Huni winds up and misses an overhand right at mid-range. Left hook on the nads by Huni slipping in past a Pilcher jab. Ref mightn't have seen that. Huni counters Pilcher charging in with a right hand with a big left hook. Pilcher rocked a bit, shakes it off and remains aggressive. Pilcher falling in with his chin high throwing straight combos and Huni catches him with a right hand up top and left hook on the body.

10-9 Huni, very close - honestly would've been a Pilcher round but for that big hook late.

 

Round 2

Pilcher is waving his left arm, feinting the jab as he continues to hop in place. Huni starts to settle in, jabbing the nose and hooking the body. Pilcher lands a 1-2 flush on the face. Huni covers up, raising his bent arms to deflect some followup shots off his elbows. Pilcher shoving Huni against the ropes and working the body again. Wide roundhouse rights on the flank by Huni until the ref calls for a break. Huni fakes an overhand right stepping in to follow Pilcher to ring center and instead uncorks a huge left hook on the chin on his next step. Pilcher hurt. Combos to body and head from Huni. Pilcher wincing and backing up. HUGE left hook by Huni. 1-2 by Pilcher, standing his ground. Pilcher clinches. Pilcher pulls an uppercut and grazes Huni with a hook. Massive shovel hooks on the body from Huni. Pilcher being worn down. Enormous left hook up top by Huni. Pilcher all over the place, wobbling into a corner as Huni pummels him. Ref waves it off immediately as Pilcher sinks to a seated position.
