I'd say QPs output on DAZN has been good, but barring their shows. Not a lot has been interesting

Initially, when Zurdo-Dorticos was announced, it was part of the regular schedule. Only when Chavez-Paul was paired with it, PPV was added to the listing!
The Usyk fight comes in at £25, then there’s the Sheeraz New York bill, to make up a trio of PPV’s.
No doubt the Moses-Whyte one will follow the trend!

Why can't existing DAZN customers be allowed to buy PPVs at a lower price ?

Precisely, a few months, or so ago, subscribers got a £1 discount, ye gods!
That dropped off, fairly soon, before Turki’s £20, kicked in for all and sundry.
Well I won’t be booking the Zurdo, Sheeraz through the nighters, while the pub will suffice for Usyk.

Today, DAZN is a PPV platform.

Should we guess that there are another 18 - 20 PPVs to come in 2025 ?

Canelo vs Crawford has been confirmed to be on Netflix and not DAZN.

I wonder what the PPV price will be ? 19.95 would be fantastic but hardly realistic.

There’s no PPV on Netflix, it is included, if you subscribe to it. The Tyson debacle a few months ago, a case in point, and the upcoming women’s show at MSG.

Part of your sub I believe. It’s a big gamble tbh, banking on enough people signing up to cover the costs but I’m sure the people at Netflix are more clued up than me when it comes to business.

I thought all Saudi shows were on DAZN?

DAZN, in my humble opinion, is bad for Boxing, both for the fans who struggle to pay the monthly fees which sneaked up from £9-99pm to £14-99pm (PPV Baby!!!) and the fighters who now have barely any eyeballs on themselves compared to SKY, TNT, C5, even bloody DAVE probably pulled in more punters!!

Regards that price increase, I wasn't aware until the bill popped up on my phones Banking App. That, and charging PPV for the Oldham v Southend PO Final, broke my own personal straw.

Canelo v Bud on Netflix FOC (most people have Netflix these days) is absolutely brilliant as is moving it from Friday 12th to Saturday 13th which means I can now watch it.

Bud (Points) to secure a minor upset (no upset in my eyes).

DAZN is basically trying to be a sparkly more expensive Box Nation. Hope it crashes and burns. Get Boxing back where people can view it without the extra excessive fees.
