if Wilder sign with DAZN then Fury's career is done unless he sign with DAZN as well.

Shows how smart Wilder was to hold out for the best deal.

Wilder should sign, but he should also ask for $30 million for an optional defense when he becomes the undisputed World Heavyweight Champion ... because Joshua won't want an immediate rematch.

Wilder and Fury's teams agreed to a two-fight deal, like this one, and then after Fury got nailed into the canvas in the last round ... Fury essentially ran from the immediate rematch. He wanted some tuneups on ESPN first.

Once Wilder knocks out Joshua ... Johsua's going to want to take some time off and have an easy comeback fight, too. (Like Fury did.)

No point in Wilder waiting around for Joshua and that $40 million rematch payday.

He should get in writing from DAZN how much they'll pay him to defend ALL the belts against someone else, probably Whyte.

That should be worth at least $30 million to keep Wilder from leaving DAZN and fighting a rematch with Fury on ESPN while Joshua recovers.

    Wilder is THE MAN.

This. But, also more likely than not Blavatnik isn’t spending a penny of his own money, so he doesn’t really care about turning a profit at the moment as long as he can aggressively take over the top names in boxing. If and when he starts to have to spend his own money I highly doubt he would throw around money as freely. Haymon did the same when Waddel and Reed gave him basically a blank check for PBC a few years ago.

Agreed. We call that the PBC model.

They didn't give Haymon a blank cheque. They expected a return on their investment and was not expecting to see it wiped out so quickly.

The Brit forum has invaded the General I see, all the amateur, unpaid boxing accountants are throwing their hats in the ring. Good show boys.

Hilarious watching all those who screeched that Wilder should take some chickenfeed lowball deal offered 6 months ago, now desperately trying to save face by forgetting they did, and now hanging their hat on this new development showing that Wilder ducked by some twisted logic.

Watch Eddie weasel his way out of this. Screenshot this!

Please. Is that the same general forum which claimed AJ should accept $50 mil from an email full of spelling errors sent from Wilder.

At least now we actually have something legit to talk about and not some phantom offer which didn't exist.

This is it, if Dazn Hoover up all the talent and this end with belts etc... the only logical idea would be to create a new belt but that would be horrendous idea now. But I think there might be some legs in it down the line

I would support this idea and think its a go forward smart plan. This would enable them to pass by red tape and make the best fighters on their platform fight each other. And we all know they will have the best fighters . It can eliminate all the confusion as well, with a LEGIT standard of its own ranking system ,like the UFC does. DAZN can kick all the other corrupt orgs to the sidewalk and say look we actually have the best belt .

It would be a UFC type format. In MMA no one is better then a UFC champion at least that is the bench mark in all mix martial arts. Its the blue print they were using anyway. I would like to see that and to aquire that belt you have to be on DAZN so it doesn't interfere at all with fighting for other belts outside of DAZN .

To be fair, the initial negotiations fell apart when DAZN wasn't in play yet. Since then, both sides have only talked **** on social media.
First it was Wilder with his ridiculous demands and then Eddie was stalling for DAZN.
The fans got ****ed due to both sides creed.
