It's almost a shame for the presenters and commentators on DAZN who on fight night have to tell the viewers about the huge interest in this event - while the arena is almost empty

 

Even worse, I've been whispered in my ear that DAZN is planning Lauren Price vs Mikaela Mayer later this year, likely PPV.

 

See, I think that's a really good fight

However PPV is silly

 

Haha surely not. Would be without doubt the worst bought PPV of all time. Surely DAZN don’t have the brass neck for that.

 

In a perverse way it'll tell DAZN what average punters actually think of women's boxing thanks to the likely PPV numbers. This might be an elite women's fight but it'll still be a hard watch.

The downside is, they'll shift women's fights back onto men's cards again.

Surprised Sky aren't trying to put it on, but of course if it's PPV maybe they will do anyway.

 

Besides Mayer vs Price there will be more title fights on the card.

I know Eubank Jr vs Benn II will be available on Sky Box Office.

On a side note, he’s been on YouTube every day for the past week slating Shalom. Didn’t Hearn used to call people out for being bitter/haters?

I would never subscribe to DAZN because it is an organisation that makes it difficult for its customers to unsubscribe. I've been there before with other outfits and will never do it again, provided that I know in advance!

 

I nearly signed back up last night to watch the Real Madrid Juve game, but as I looked at the app loading I just binned it off. Don't need them nagging me to subscribe and don't even trust them when there's apparently no charge.
