Hot take - I don't think Usyk is going to be an easy sell to the UK casual market, personality wise.

 

How long before the main fights start? Need to run some errands for a couple of hours.

 

It's 15:15 in the UK now, at least another 4 hours I'd say.

EDIT - Changed 5 to 4 hours. They usually get underway by 19:30 ish.

Usyk has put Tony right out of his comfort zone by playing the role of the joker. Tony feeds off of hate. Even before Makabu there were some words exchanged in the build up.

I really, really hope Usyk plays with him in there. From round one he should play games, do a shuffle, drop his hands, hands behind his back etc. Just be the matador and make Tony lose the plot. All this talk from Tony about "war" and going to a "dark place" in the ring. Usyk needs to clown him from the start and just blow all the smoke out of him.

 

This last week has really got me so buzzed for this fight, im calling it a TKO win for Uysk in 5 or 6 after an early messy onslaught from Bellew, hes guna be walking on to shots off Uysk too easily in his effort to get to him and will walk into a couple of really meaty shots. But im still buzzed, its not beyond the realms of reality to think he could just cast out a sweet one and it lands just perfect.
