Was good to see a ref deduct a point for punching a downed opponent.

 

Did you guys see the weigh-in for Baranchyk and Yigit? Baranchyk has shoulders that go up to his ears whereas Yigit has a long, pencil neck. That could be a problem.

Saucedo has become the master of shithouse tactics over the past year. His fights are terrible to watch from a boxing standpoint, but you can’t miss them just because of the bull**** he always somehow tends to pull lmao

 

The fight was ruled exactly right by the officials all around. Ref gave Saucedo a count as he went down, but saw Mattias clearly hit him when he down so took a point. Andrade should've been docked for doing the same last week. And it's a black and white rule, corner can't stand on the ring apron, do it your guy gets DQ'q. Ref didn't notice it, thankfully a ringside official did.

Mattias looks for real. Too many tall guys stay away and push their punches, he uses his whole body to get max extension and power into that length, like a puncher's supposed to.
