Im not backing peddling it wasn't a knockdown and stuff like that is up to the refs discretion. He beat Zepeda easily like i said he would when the fight was first talked about.

Easily is beating up and stopping your opponent not going 12 hard rounds and winning on points.

It was a very good card, and we saw some good fights. I'm not surprised by Stevenson's win, but Zepeda put in a better performance than I expected. My hope is that Gervonta Davis stays out of trouble and that there can be a Davis-Stevenson fight in early 2026, provided Gervonta wins the rematch with Roach, of course.

Technically that was a KD. I was praying we would and had a strong feeling we might see a JTFO KO or JTFO KD on that card but I never suspected it would be in that fight. I thought Sheeraz was going to treat us to one vs Berlangy

Can't wait to rewatch them. Like it or not Turki has been the best thing that's happened for boxing. The fact that they're uploading the full fights just days or even hours after they took place is a gift for us fans.

I love the uploads. A gift to the fans to match rewatching easy, to those who couldn't watch live (or who couldn't spend the money), etc.

Round 1 Zepeda 10-9, close

Both men spend the first half of the round punching each other's gloves neither one of them landing very much flush. Shakur with the flashier punches to the gloves, could deceive many into thinking he's actually landing. Both men now jabbing to the body effectively, still most of Shakur's one twos are being blocked or slipped, Zepeda's head movement early is deceptively good. Zepeda closing with a strong last minute, whipping many hooks to the body, with a few hooks up top getting through a well as an uppercut here and there. While still jabbing to the midsection.

Round 2 Zepeda 10-9

Zepeda out fast, setting a blistering rhythm, landing hooks consistently to the body. Shakur tossing out some hooks to the body as well, but one at a time. Whereas Zepeda is throwing them in bunches. Zepeda still rolling with the incoming fire fairly effectively. Zepeda digging to the body with 4 and 5 punch combinations, but continually battering his bell with jabs. Shakur firing back one twos. Competitive round, but Zepeda clearly takes it on volume.

Round 3 Zepeda 10-9

They spend the first minute of the round standing in the middle of the ring going toe to toe, trading shots, both men defending well and landing well. Zepeda again firing off 4 punch combos to Shakur's one twos. Shakur finding the range a bit better and is teeing off with one twos, Zepeda falling short. Zepeda jabs his way in, pins him in the corner and lands several clean head shots. Then he slips in a solid uppercut. Shakur backs to the ropes. Hard jab from Zepeda knocks Shakur off balance, immediately Zepeda jumps on him and follows up with a flurry missing most of it. Shakur nails him with some one twos, Zepeda lands a nice straight left.

Round 4 Zepeda 10-9

Shakur laying on the ropes, smiling like a schmuck, while Zepeda is unloading, most of it is falling short for the first minute, but Zepeda gets in range and starts teeing off, with many of his lefts landing flush snapping the head back of Stevenson. Shakur nails him with a clean one two, Zepeda unfazed, walks right through them. Then continues to tee off, without as much success. Shakur with a few more one twos. Zepeda marching forward, backs him into the corner, pushing the jab into his face, then loops in a clean straight left.

Round 5 Zepeda 10-9

Zepeda for the first minute, pins Shakur into the corner and lands several jabs to the body and head, loops in a few overhands. Shakur fires back like 4 punches. Shakur throws 6 punches, all caught on Zepeda's gloves. Zepeda tracking him along the ropes, Shakur retreating. Shakur throwing little, Zepeda throwing a lot, but landing little. Zepeda then backs him to the corner, lands several jabs and lefts up op. Shakur lands a big left of his own, then another. Zepeda fires right back and closer the stronger of the two.

Round 6 Stevenson 10-9

Shakur defending far more effectively early on, picking off many of Zepeda's shots, also Zepeda's output has dropped slightly. Zepeda pours it on him, but Shakur is rolling with most of them. Shakur keeping the fight in the middle of the ring now, landing clean one twos. Shakur with sustained success, landing some eye catching combos. Hard straight left snaps the head back of Zepeda. Zepeda lands a few pitty pats to the body, mostly ineffective.

Round 7 Stevenson 10-9, close

Shakur does very little in the first minute, Zepeda jabbing and hooking to the body, but not much on them. Shakur catches him with a heavy left. Zepeda picking up the pace, backs him to the ropes again, unloads with a sustained flurry. Not everything is landing, but Shakur's output is nil. They're standing in the middle of the ring, teeing off on one another's gloves. Zepeda sneaks in some hooks to the body. Shakur throwing one twos sporadically, mostly of them caught on the gloves. Zepeda jabbing to the body well.

Round 8 Zepeda 10-9

Zepeda trying to outmuscle Shakur, Shakur lands a three punch combo to the head. Zepeda then puts his foot on the gas and presses for a stretch, unfortunately Shakur is rolling with almost all of the shots he's throwing. Shakur lands a series of 3 punch combos, starting with one twos and ending with a right hook. Zepeda pours it on him, tags him with a few clean overhand lefts. Huge overhand left connects from Zepeda, might've stunned Shakur a bit. Zepeda tees off to the body until the bell.

Round 9 Stevenson 10-9

Zepeda's output has dropped and he's more inaccurate than usual. While Shakur is catching and countering well with one twos to the head. Shakur takes his foot off the gas, chills on the ropes, Zepeda not landing much. Shakur fires off a series of one twos, including a hard straight left that snaps Zepeda's head back. Then Shakur takes off the rest of the round, while Zepeda takes advantage by flurrying. Not much connecting flush.

Round 10 Stevenson 10-9

Majority of the first two minutes Shakur plants his feet, sits down on 3 punch combos, then moves. Zepeda follows flurries, misses most of the shots, rinse and repeat. Zepeda tries to pick up the pace, but can't get anything going. Although Shakur gives away the last minute.

Round 11 Stevenson 10-9

Zepeda backs him into a corner, looping in a right hook. Cutting off the ring well as Shakur shimmies along the ropes. Shakur backs himself into the corner, tees off with several clean one twos, the bobs and weaves his way through a Zepeda flurry. Zepeda reduced to flurrying wildly to the arms of Shakur, while Shakur nails him with the occasional straight left or right hook. Shakur runs for a spell, then lands a few one twos and almost does a split.

Round 12 Stevenson 10-9

Zepeda spends the first minute keeping Shakur along the ropes, looping in hooks to the body. Tossing in a few jabs here and there, that are landing. After doing nothing for the first minute, Shakur lands a one two. Finally he plants his feet, tees off with a series of one twos. Zepeda backs him to a corner, lops in a few hooks, Shakur almost pushes him down. Shakur lands a left. Then Zepeda lands several hooks to the body. Zepeda gets him along the ropes, throws a few one twos. Shakur takes it to the middle of the ring, dancing around jabbing.

114-114

Okay, clearly I was in a bad mood last night, and let my hatred of Shakur get the best of me. That being said, it still wasn't a one sided schooling most of you made it out to be, or should I say, convince yourselves of? Sure, the fight could be scored 115-113 maybe 116-112 if generous Stevenson. But any wider than that, stretches credibility. There were two 50/50 type rounds, the 1st and 7th. The rest are pretty easy to score. Most of you guys need to process, body shots count, and jabs to the face do as well, and Zeped a was landing plenty of them. They aren't somehow negated by the power of Shakur's rat faced smiles.

I think this is a pretty good assessment. Like I said before the decision was announced 115-113 either way or 114-114 could be justified. The 119-109 score I don't get.

Not sure where Shakur goes from here, the split with Top Rank seems to be permanent right now which would exclude him unifying vs Muratalla or fighting Abdullah Mason and Keyshawn Davis (though is Keyshawn moving up or getting suspended after his last cancelled fight I don't know). Top Rank is also about to get dropped by ESPN so who knows how that will shake things up

Tank Davis is with PBC and has a Roach problem and a legal problem and has no interest in fighting Shakur by the sound of it. They also have Frank Martin (who has become a ghost after the Tank fight) who Shakur would probably beat.

So I'm not sure where he goes from here because I thought they said he was a free agent now. Maybe a move up to 140? The Tank fight makes the most sense but doesn't seem likely.

Had he boxed and used movement he wouldnt have lost a round and you'd be crying saying he ran he cant win with people like you.

I give the man credit for withstanding them first tough are three rounds.
Also he stood and exchanged even to his own wellbeing!!! I will say SS has the reaction to not just get hit and shut down like most would as he was letting the hands go and this was an excellent fun fight
