Man, i was completly shattered as i saw the DAZN june boxing schedule:

5 June Flanagan vs Hooker event from 7pm local time
5 June Santa Cruz vs Mares event from 6pm local time
16 June Ritson vs Hyland Jr event from 7pm local time
16 June Spence Jr vs Ocampo event from 8pm local time
23 June Saunders vs Murray event from 8:30pm local time (fight is cancelled but event still on)

FIVE big cards within three weekends. Maaaan, they want to occupy the market.

The event starting hours are early so they'll televise almost all bigger fights there, tomorrow prob 5 or 6 fights overall at the Flanagan vs Hooker card.

Usually with new setups like this you get a massive launch to get people excited. then it cools down a bit

I have a subscription to Dazn they had all the big fights in the fall and winter. But then again that's for Canada but I just use a VPN when out of country. Easy. Plus every NFL game.

    Yeah but they already had some good events this year like Wilder/Ortiz, Rungvisai/Estrada, Whyte/Browne, Joshua/Parker, Bellew/Haye 2, Khan/Lo Greco, Ridhwan/Umbal, Jacobs/Sulecki, GGG/Martirosyan for example.

    These are all DAZN fights?

Thought Cruz-Mares, Spence-Ocampo were SHO/PBC? Do some fact checking, please.

DAZN will show all these fights/events i mentioned above. This is FACT.
If you have DAZN you can chose boxing and you can see all events in the next weeks they'll show. I know these are SHO/PBC events but DAZN is showing them.

Why would Saunders vs Murray card be on there when it's a Frank Warren card/production? don't see it

Where you from? Because on the DAZN homepage is states that DAZN is only available in: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and Japan.
Meaning DAZN has the regional rights to those fights.

I can live without seeing any of those cards.

Fuck DAZN, fuck ESPN+, and fuck this whole shift toward a la carte paid subscription services with exclusive broadcast rights to boxing events.

    Germany.

If you have the DAZN APP on your TV/PS4 you can see the event list that is coming up and there you can see the whole fight list for JUNE so it is.

They'll show the events i mentioned above. Believe it or not, it's the truth.

Did you guys don't understand that it has nothing to WHO is promoting those fights? It's not a EDDIE HEARN ONLY canal. Eddie simply has a deal with DAZN as other promotion companies has as same as some other boxing broadcast stations. They won't show only Matchroom boxing events. DAZN also has a deal with Sho and also HBO boxing.

I agree but it's better to have ONE service that is showing a lot of boxing for a small prize then having various stations showing it for unreal PPV prizes or even unavailable for some countries.

I just want to keep having boxing on regular linear TV like always. :nusenuse: It wasn't broke, no need to fix it. This wave of change can **** off.

Maybe this has a eurocentric focus in mind? Or well anywhere but America. We don't really have these channels on TV, sure some local boxing/sport focused channels like BN pick up on SOME of the fights but you still will miss out on a lot. That is unless you resort to you know what.

Man, I hate all this shift towards streaming. It really is gonna go down the route of needing to have a smart TV or smart phone to be able to watch boxing or anything for that matter, in the not so distant future.

As someone who is against these pieces of tech with their invasive capabilities then this is a bummer.

Ah well, bring on the 5g smart grid which will be the equivalent of constantly living in an airport scanner such is the dangerous amounts of radiation. I guess there is worse things than missing the boxing....maybe.
