My years subscription runs out on 11-1. I paid $99 for the year and I am wondering if anyone knows if the price has gone up or if another year costs the same. No way to find out, no customer service # in the US. that I know of. Don't want to let it renew itself if it is more than last year. Even $99 is a lot for what I got out of it last year but I will consider that. Anything more and I will unsubscribe. Thought that I had heard that they were charging more but I'm not sure. My account page just says $99, but doesn't say if that is what it will renew for and frankly, I don't trust them. Anybody know anything?
It's still $99 if you pay for the year in full. They billed me after I cancelled and I still haven't gotten my refund. Their customer service is horrible. Had to use their chat function and the person kept saying that a refund was issued on 10/16, but I haven't gotten it. Now I have to contest the charge through my bank.
Ugh! That's what I'm afraid of, I don't trust these shysters. I guess I can bleed one more fight with Usyk-Chisora on 10-31. If they charge my credit card Chase is good at getting refunds for bad charges but it is still a PITA. Thanks for responding
