You have NEVER seen me support racism EVER In fact a few years ago when I lived in Texas a friend from the gym came to my house. He is a black guy a good boxer & a real nice guy/ Had some BBQ with us. The next day my neighbor, a Baptist preacher, said to me " I hope that's not going to be a regular occurance. We don't want to encourage them around here" I was dumfounded couldn't believe a preacher saying that. I told him straight " That is Gary a very good friend of mine & he is welcome here any time he wants to vist BUT If that is your attitude you need to stay on your own property You are not welcome here. He never spoke to me again

You have a black friend. lol Like I said above, I have never seen you criticize other posters on here who post blatantly racist stuff and yet you try to put me in check for saying that this border wall thing is not just about illegal immigration. I've experienced things from both sides and trust me unjustified Szhit does happen and those who deny have just been protected, isolated or live so far off the grid it's not real life.
I've served my time in the Military, just like Willie has around here, and know we have it going on compared to other places in the world but there is always room to improve.

My point is go check out another Country or Continent where the folks look more like you and break a minor law.

See how quickly they contact the USA and pay to have you sheltered and feed before they safely (no cost to you, your Country or family) deliver you back to the USA. Not going to happen brother as you might never be seen again and that is 100 % real talk.

Now over here if you FK around break the law and end up in jail and are identified as illegally here the good ole USA will eat the bill, pass it on to the tax payers, and get you back home free of charge. No hostage situation or BS

I'm all for having as many different folks here as we can handle. I love kicking it with a group of my homies who came from Iran like 20 years ago and learning the culture. They are not worried about anything because they went through the legal process to get here and they love America yet they always say FK Iran

 

Don't get me wrong. I feel that this is the best country in the world for a person of color. That being said, racism is alive and well in this country also. I spent three years in SE Asia during the Vietnam War so I know how life is in other countries. I also am not naïve and know that part of Trump's appeal was racism. That's why groups like the KKK and the white nationalists endorsed him. They said we finally have a seat at the table.

See, I don't have a problem with the KKK as long as they are not physically assaulting people. I think that people have the right to believe what they want to believe. If they want to hate me simply based on my appearance, that's their problem. On the otherhand, I am not going to pretend that these type of people don't exist and they certainly got behind Trump in a big way in the last election for some reason.

 

Thank you for your service too. Too bad military service is not mandatory anymore. A lot of those suits in Congress and the White House would probably be more prudent if they had skin in the game.

 

Well not to get off track from boxing but I have an issue with them and any other organization that practices the same ideological BS
They don't have to get physical as they can influence others into practices that have a direct impact on others for no other reason than they look different.
