He may leave Oscar out of it. But Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer isn't cleared yet. He flat out told Philippine sports journalist Ronnie Nathanielz to his face that Manny's on PEDs in the Golden Boy Promotions offices in LA back in summer of 2009.

I have been hearing Pac steroids rumors since after the 1st AB fight from connected posters on Maxboxing, but they came and went. I didn't start to some what believe any of the rumors until he refused the OST though.

Floyd is not out muscling any fighter at 147 like pac, floyds speed and punch out put also went down as he moved up in weight .. Pac on the other hand continues to excel

How is it different !?!? Are you ****ing kidding .. Duran did not take his KO power to 160, Duran's hand speed also decreased as he moved up in weight, so Duran was forced to rely on his boxing skill rather then he his physical gift he was able to exploit at 130.
Duran also didn't out muscle jr middle and middle weigh like Hearns or Hagler , Pac on the other hand has retain all of his physical assets speed, power , endurance as well as raw strength he had at 102, but he as also been able to increase them exponentially, and out muscle these fighter in raw power something no other fighter in history has done.

Ped don't just give you muscle, infact they give you muscle at all. they increase over all performance strength and endurance and allow for quicker recovery from extreme work out.. with the right diet and training peds can increase as person work and performance 2x that if the had just train normally and in half the time.

Come on, dog. Floyd outmuscled Shane and was bigger than him. Shane's upper body strength is well known and he was getting pushed around like a child. Shane even said that Floyd was physically stronger than Manny, although Pac hits harder.

Lose the hyperbole. You Manny detractors sound like you're discussing a mythical creature whenever you describe Manny's physical attributes. "He's faster than lightning, and hits like a wrecking ball! He can sprint for 100 miles too!" Dude is still quick on his feet and has fast hands, but the guy has slowed down considerably since moving up. He still blitzes guys when he has openings, but he fights much more cautiously at the higher weight. He can't just go lunging in, like he used to, because the incoming fire is much more damaging with these bigger opponents.

That the thing pac has not slowed down, infact he's throwing more punches now at 147 then he did at 107 , 127,130 and 135,, he's increased his punch out put with every weight class .. does this mean he taking ped NO .. but any one would be fool to say its perfectly normal and not look twice.

Also pac bull dozed Cotto and Margarito again this does not mean he's on ped but it doesn't exactly scream normal ether.

if you want I can email you a link that shows the increase of punches as pac has moved up in weight .

"Skills deteriorated"? Skills are the last thing to go. You lose your physical attributes before skills are forgotten. Floyd is still one of the fastest fighters out there...like PAC...he's still one of the fighters with the best reflexes and he's still one of the most athletically talented boxers in the game. Not much has deteriorated with Floyd at all. he's moved UP in weight, hasn't lost and has dominated most of his fights.

    What makes floyd innocent?

You clearly have not followed pacquiao's career nor even his last fight to say something like this.

Yep, there are 2 possible reasons for him coming out and saying this -

    1. Because he's at absolute rockbottom with all the toxins leaving his body and he's basically feeling like **** and is looking to be told he's a good boy.

    2. Because he's saying what he thinks he needs to say to GTFO of rehab and back to the posh ASAP.
