Six Time. That's right but from whom? Bredahl, 5' 4" Paex with a 63" reach ,
Coley, Castellejo,   . Really HOF material huh. Hell Bredahl was never anything, Paez came up to Oscars waist, Coley (won't even go there)
Castellejo the guy that was knocked out twice by that French bum Bourdini before he gave Oscar his belt. Hell the whole career of Oscar was handpicked guys at the perfect precise time. Oscar has never ever beaten an elite fighter in his prime. Never. Why? Obviously he just is not good enough. Oh a damn good fighter sure. But nothing else. He just never could make that last step.
He's lost 4 out of his last 5 fights so that says he never will.

    He fought twice @ 130.

Who knows what Top Rank (which was raided for many offenses, scale-tampering being among them) was up to with the scales?
