    The winner of Canelo-Cotto must face Golovkin at 160 weight limit . If they "cannot make 160" ROFL they can come in at any weight they want 160 or below. That's the answer

    WBA will stop the present loop hole created by GB & RN, Canelo or Cotto will be stripped from the MW belt, let bring some order to the world of boxing.
