That right I did at the time , because like most fight fans I got caught up in the hype and still believed Shane had a chance, but should really have looked over a three fight view , rather than just the one .

Thats why I believe that Ortiz has absolutley no chance against Floyd.

It was suposed to be DLH`s last fight to retire. He was shot and lost on a split decision
    against Floyd.

DLH is trying to sell this fight anyway he can.

"Yeah, totally I was completely shot and so was Mosley and so was Hatton, so Ortiz can win this *****. It won't be a wipeout"

which can of course be countered with this:

"well Oscar, that's interesting. You claim to want to change boxing and make it better, yet you just said you knew you were shot to bits. So why did you scam your fans out of $60 for PPV to watch the Pacquiao fight, why did you promote Hatton-Pacquiao, and why did you sell Mora-Mosley? Are you either A) a lying hypocrite, just a Mexican version of Bob Arum or B) talking out of your ass?"

Oscar is just hyping the fight up as well as Ortiz. I remember Oscar praising Floyd after the Mosley fight. About how great Floyd is and how Pac didn't stand a chance against him. Oscar wish he was Floyd.

Idiots. Can seriously none of you see this is just promotion?

This is ODLH trying to convince a dumb audience & casual fans that Mayweather simply cant beat a fighter like Ortiz.

If u really want to believe this, then What does this say about Pac's wins then since he fought older versions of all these guys after Floyd already beat them??

He was lying to built Ortiz' confidence up. And it's shameful because he picked all of those guys to beat Floyd, and then when he beat them there was an excuse. No different than what people do on here with Floyd and Pac. Except GBP actually works with both fighters, and its disgusting to see Oscar flat out lie about a guy who is in partnership with him. Picture Arum at Manny-Marg telling Marg that he should win and all of Pac's recent opponents were cherrypicked and past it. But Oscar gets a pass for everything.

It was good to see Floyd's best wins getting trashed on TV for him having done the same to Pacquiao through the media.

I agree though it's De La Hoya trying to sell the fight. He'd say anything to sell a fight. You could write a book with the number of times he's contradicted himself. Worse thing is he doesn't care. He's the biggest phoney and bull**** artist in boxing.
