    I actually said this before.
That this is almost a loose/loose situation for FM Jr. If he even gets hurt by Marquez...

    He has to KO
Marquez. If he runs against a smaller man (which he will) He is showing what ever one has been screaming. That he is a BAB in the ring.

Just because you come forward in the ring doesn't
mean your a brawler though running pretty much makes you a coward everywhere ...

Floyd has to win. He doesn't have to ko JMM, but he does have to dominate as he himself has said. Floyd is going for the ko, and I hope that he does not fall into the trap of thinking that he has to stop JMM in every round. Floyd is 39-0 and has always brought his fighting mind to every last fight. He won't leave his brain home Sept. 19th... JMM is one tough customer, and Floyd can't sleep on him one bit.

scar and Boxed and boxed ear good comments.I agree that if floyd trys to stop marquez that marquez aint gonna be made a statementI also am an odh fan but i dont take anything he says about this fight serious! He just says would he feels hes suppose to say.If floyd just boxes safely i pick him by close decision, but im getting that feeling Marquez might pull this out,to me this fight is no less of a big fight than cotto pacman, but oscars right i had marquez 113-112 in first fight and 115-113 in second fight

Mayweather needs to batter JMM like nobody else but a KO isn't required I dont think...I mean if he just beats him up for 12 rounds and its 1 sided I dont see ne thing wrong with that..with that said a KO is what he should get as JMM is a tad lighter naturally!

DLH is just baiting Mayweather.......if indeed Mayweather goes into the fight that he has to look spectacular and knockout Marquez to boot......I guarantee you that would play right into Marquez' hands.
Mayweather having that type of a mindset may even make the fight easy for Marquez as Marquez would'nt have to go out looking for him.

As it is, Mayweather has his hands full if he just sticks with what he knows and fights his normal fight.

Mind games....DLH is saying this to hopefully get Floyd to go out of his comfort zone of being defensive minded and take some risks in being offensive...playing right into JMM's counter-punching strength.

JMM will get knocked out, he was good at 130 and below, he has no business being this high in weight. Floyd will knock the **** out of him. This fight is a mismatch and Floyd is only figh JMM because he knows he is a much smaller man.

Funny, Floyd said exactly the same thing on 24/7.

Oscar's always been my favorite fighter, but he talks alot of horse**** here. Marquez is an unknown quantity above 135, so we really don't know how tough he'll be for Floyd. Plus he gave Pac all he could handle, who's turned out to be a monster at 140. Also when Oscar was on his quest for greatness he didn't exactly go all out to knock out guys like whitaker, mosley and Floyd. And in his defining fight, he flat out ran the last rounds when the knockout was there for the taking. He was content to try win it on the cards, so he should stop being a hypocrite and stfu.

did i read some parts of oscar's statement right, that in other words : "He has to do better than Pacquiao before being considered one of the best".
