The fact that in all his years at welterweight he never really fought a top welterweight contender. That is significant. Zab was smaller. Baldomir was not at his level and just beat Zab. His record shows he does not want the big challenges. If Shane would have been negotiating to fight Pacman like Floyd was the fight would be scheduled now.
