Hell I want in on the bet as well. But honestly I doubt any of these poochia fans will put their money on him. Bob and Freddie wouldn't put their money on poochia.

No matter how you spin it cotto was rank # 2 welterweight at the time pacquiao fought him and cotto has a win over the # 1 welterweight shane mosley at the time.

There were many posters who picked cotto to beat pacquaio in esb. Now many of them just try to make excuses for cotto.

Dela Hoya might be right. I think the biggest obstacle that Pac wont be able to overcome, is Mayweather's reach, thats a significant factor for me.

If Mayweather back Pac up he is in big trouble, if he goes on the backfoot and asks Manny to close the distance, I envisage him(Manny) struggling, infact the only way I see him losing to Manny, is if languishes on the ropes and gives Manny a stationary target to get off, or if he fights an aggressive fight like he did against Mosley, then he would be taking a few chances of leaving himself open, which he is prone to do whenever ive seen him on the front foot, he tends fight with his chin in the air a lot to.

:patsch just ****. If you cannot see that Cotto was a very good fighter at the time, then you are just worthless and pointless.

"Most overhyped fighter of this generation..." For ****in reals? :patsch This line is about as dumb as "You're the biggest hater blah blah" that you Floyd fanatics throw out every once in a while...

You dont know mayweather baby, he wont lie on the ropes again like he did with oscar and pac aint strong enough to push him there either.

The fight will be even easier if manny is the aggressor, well he always will be but mayweather will counterpunch him to death.

I am having replays of floyd making pac eat right hands after right hand as i play the fight out in my head.

Miguel Cotto has done as much with his career as what he could, which is what his talent would allow, can you say Mayweather has done the same? there is a lot more Mayweather could of done with his talent, which tells the story of what kind of fighter Cotto is, what kind of fighter Mayweather is, if you respect that the fair enough, I just expect fighters to maximize the ability.

I aint saying he WILL, just that, that is one of the few ways Pac could conceivably get to him, should! he decided to fight that way, which I dont think he will.

Oscar says he believes Floyd fears Pac. Why would Oscar say this when he indicated (after Floyd beat Shane) that Floyd plays possum in order to get into his opponent's head? Maybe Floyd wants everyone to believe he's a coward so his eventual win will be extra satisfying. Many would say this is a stretch but I think it'd be Pac's mistake to underestimate Floyd. But if it makes people feel good to call Floyd a coward so be it. I don't see why it's such a big deal. I've never fought an elite boxer in my entire life so I feel like I have no right to call any pro boxer a coward. But that's just me.

The prolem with mayweather is his talent far exceeds the fighters that are around making his detractors think heis fighting bums but he is just that good.

Which fighters do you think he should have legitimately faced?

Very good. Oscar had the elite jab, size, height, reach, chin, defense, and weight to bully Floyd around the ring. DLH outweighed Young Mayweather by at least 15 pounds, but the current Floyd has grown nicely into the Welter frame. Floyd knew that beating Oscar was his ticket to becoming a big star, so he played it too safe and showed too much respect. emmanuel isn't good at cutting the ring off either.
