I should add to this: the actual evidence of the fight suggests Oscar is lying. Oscar has always had a strong chin so the fact that Pac wasn't able to drop him does not mean Oscar wasn't being hurt. His face was marked and he looked terrified by the end, he was scared to fire back because he knew stinging counters would be coming his way. He was undoubtedly hurt. If he wasn't hurt, then he is just a quitter, and I don't believe Oscar is just a quitter.

maybe you assholes shouldn't have put more stock in ODLH's training and constantly weighing under the weight limit during the 24/7 HBO series before making the assumption that ODLH would beat down Manny Pacquiao.

I can see all your faces as ODLH entered the ring. The oh sh*t look from ODLH says it it all. He was beaten before the bell even rung. And all you jerks who mercifully predicted that ODLH would stomp Manny Pac like a fly were proven dead wrong.

Hindsight's a b*tch ain't it? In actuality he should have fought Margachito while he was hot OR he should have fought Shane Mosley at 147. But he did the right thing and that was pass the torch who was more deserving and did not have to cheat to get his way to the top. Sorry Margo and Mosley fans, your idols are NOT the chosen one.

the game plan is the one only wrong, but the decision to face manny at 147..there is no game plan for oscar that would beat manny at 147

No wonder JMM kissed the canvass 4 times. That's how powerless PACMAN's punch is. :hat

He had to get past Oscar's clear height and reach advantages to hit him. Because of that he perhaps wasn't always setting his feat - sometimes jumping to punch.

Lets face it though, Oscar can talk all he likes but he was made to look a fool on the night and those punches made him quit on his stool

With what Oscar said, he has effectively killed off any chances he has to being liked by the the mexican boxing fans. Not only does he not fight like a mexican, he now is saying he quit on his stool while he is not getting hit hard.

I'd have to take Oscar at his word, as he's taken punches from much bigger and stronger men. No doubt, Pac can't punch like Tito, Vargas, or Quartey. It will be interesting how Pac does against Hatton. Pac wasn't the killer he was when he fought Julio Diaz at 135, but he was better technically. He's gonna need all the boxing skill he has to get by Hatton.

My bad. Either way, David is the weakest Diaz of the bunch

What do you mean he's not a killer? He knocked the hapless guy. I mean, David. Hatton is like David, a more improved one though.

Barrera, Morales, Marquez and Diaz said the same thing. Maybe Pac was just too lucky that he TKOd MAB after multiple kds, drew once and won once with mutiple kds with JMM, KOd Morales twice after multiple kds and KOd Diaz once. He doesn't punch hard, just extremely lucky!!!:huh
