he is now on the same list with the others guys who have quit in a disgraceful manner in a fight in 2008:

    Cotto
    Peter
    Rahman
    Judah

and now we can add the Golden Boy on there. Hopefully he and his greed will retire and not attempt to rip off the Boxing public again.

He'd rather quit than getting KTFO by a former 106 pounder...

Remove Cotto and the list looks pretty good.

    Exactly! :good

You just can't compare the ways in which Cotto and DLH quit.

You did get this completely wrong though, Rico. Pacquiao's chin held up well enough.

Oscar had nothing. Why continue when you don't even have a puncher's chance. It's not like he wasdoing good, and then he felt the pain and quit. He took the pain for 8 rounds, untill he came to terms that he wasn't going to win in ayway.

For the starter of this thread to put cotto on that list just goes to shows he knows nothing about boxing.

Cotto quit against Margarito. Make no mistake about it.

What exactly have you achieved in the ring? What are your remarkable feats of bravery then?

    Cotto didn't QUIT.

He was broken by Margarito - comparing it to Judah, who took a calculated gamble hoping to be ahead on the cards, is ridiculous!

Cotto was totally finished. Continuing would have been ridiculous and stupid. He took a lot of punishment and actually fought a great fight.

cotto did the right thing to quit if he felt he couldn't go on, he saves himself for another day, but cotto did quit, he decided he didn't want to fight anymore, that's giving up aka quitting.

I can't stand this ****ing quitter bollox, Oscar and Cotto did what was asked of them and gave their all, they had nothing left. Why should Oscar go against the advice of his corner and the doctor if that is what happened? Shame on you's.
