    1. Just because I said Cotto quit you assume Im hating on him.

Spin it anyway you want, he quit. Was it a good choice? Probably, but did he quit?

Yes, now stop being a ***** about **** and shut the **** up noob.

He didnt have anything left. He couldnt even stand on his legs. WTF do you want him to do? Stand there and eat a haymaker? You are ******ed. He and Marg gave us a legendary fight and you try to put something negative on it.

I would agree with you if he couldv'e actually stood up straight, but I'm not calling a man a quitter because he didnt just drop his gloves and eat one for your enjoyment. **** off.

Where I am hating on his choice of quiting. You stupid ****s need to learn to read and understand what I am saying.

Did Cotto quit? Answer that question, dont tell me what happened, dont spin it. Yes or No.

Mind you, Cotto said it was his choice to stop the fight, thats quitting.

    So answer, did Cotto quit?

I do not see it as a negative. It's all in how you look at and I do not feel eze is putting a negative spin on it. i quit in the semis of our state boxing tournament because I could not see our of my left eye from a thumb(accident)

It's romantic to think our fave fighters should fight until the death but we are not the ones waiting at home for them and we are not the ones that will have to take care of their families when they do not come home.

It is what it is, Miguel quit and he put up a valiant effort before it happened. Does not demean him in any way.

    :good

It's only if Cotto quits again that I will negatively spin this on him.

Yes it does, because the term quit has such a negative connotation in Boxing. This is why people like Eze refuse to call it anything but.

Why should I call it anything but what it is?

He quit, was a good choice. End of story.

If he does it again, he'll be ****ed.

But in all fairness, what should we call it then? It goes back to the whole point of view thing.

He fought like a warrior but felt enough was enough. It's not like we are saying coward or *****.

having only 600 posts makes me a noob? i would say having 50,000 fights in my boxing collection the last 25 years would put me up a few notches from noob.

As I said previously, Cotto "quit" after giving us a fight of the year candidate. Mayweather quit at the negotiation tables. Which do you respect more?

Maybe Cotto should have made a smart business decision and chose not to prove to the Boxing fans who the best was like someone else.

    Conceding.

Using the term "quit" when describing a "warrior" is a bit of a contradiction, don't you think?

Answer this question, did Cotto quit?

One can quit and be a warrior. Cotto gave it his all and it was not enough and he had to quit.

Why would you try to bring Floyd into a thread to start a war about nothing? Lmao.

Cotto quit, it was good choice. Dont get your panties all tied up.
