Does anyone have a copy of the official De La Hoya-Trinidad scorecards? I can't find them anywhere. I would appreciate it if someone could help.
One of the judges had 3 of the first 4 rounds going to Trinidadatsch. The same judge gave the last round to Oscar to make the scores seem close. Although he ran the last few rounds it was a robbery IMO.
not really, he was a don king fighter. the only people that could score that fight for tito are a) bought b)the same people that scored chavez-whitaker for chavez
That's what I was getting at. I normally take whatever Bob Arum says with a pinch of salt but I think he hit the nail on the head when he said Roth's scorecard for the fight was "proposterous."
Do they ever release the scorecards for public viewing? Like is there a website or a book that has archived scorecards for people to see? I think that would be interesting if they did.
Yes the Jerry Roth scorecard for me always had the makings of a conspiracy but it seems noboddy ever really dug into it.
I haven't found one. You're right it would be interesting to have a scorecard directory for big fights. Boxrec has the final scores of the judges' scorecards for fights but it doesn't show the whole scorecard.
I've seen a couple of official ones come out but it's not very common. Nor is there a site that archives them. It would be great if there was
