Funny comment from a guy who fought Camacho and Pea in 1997. And JCC Sr a year later.

But Canelo wants to fight Mayweather but I don't think Mayweather jr will take it.

Mayweather may take Guerrero next year.

Were Chavez, Whitaker, Genaro, Camacho, Gatti, Vargas, or Mayorga PRIME when Oscar fought them? I think not...

I'm sure he's referring to both Mayweather and Pacquiao. More than bashing anyone, I think it's a clever way to say: "Hey! I faced a lot of guys who were at their peak. Look at me!"

Yeah, Whitaker looked to be at his best there. Backed up by Pernell saying himself that this was one of his top 5 performances and that he WAS at his best against Oscar when he co-hosted FNF.

So, a young 24 year old Oscar De La Hoya beating Whitaker as a champ, clearly in great form... that's amazing.

Pea took that young chump, dropped him in the pot, cooked him and served him for dinner.

Lucky Golden Fishnets had his judges. :hey
