I read quite a lot of posts on here accusing DLH of taking a dive against Hopkins with that liver shot.

Who on here truely believes this? And if so what exactly would he have gained from it? Because there was no rematch.

    No dive IMO

He was well in the fight - wasn't winning it really but if he had swept the latter rounds he may have scraped a dodgy SD

He didn't take a dive......and he was doing very well. The fight was a chess match and DLH was more than holding his own. Bhop starts late anyway so he was warming up by the 6th round and that's when the tide began to shift. As we all know DLH begins to fade later in fights. So I think it was a hard case to make that DLH was going to be Hop.

There was no reason to take a dive, if he had been taking a beating then I suppose fair enough, but imagine a former SFW champ becoming linear and undisputed MW champ?
