De La Hoya vs. Trinidad 2

Let's say the first fight is ruled a draw (I had Oscar by 2)/or Don King doesn't pay off 2 of the 3 judges for Tito.

Thus with a draw........sentiment is crazy and an immediate rematch is ordered.

I know Tito was struggling to cut to 147, but **** it, let's say they go through and agree to an immediate rematch at 147 lbs in the spring of 2000.

Who wins the rematch and why?

Personally, I got Oscar by late TKO.
I think Tito would do a better job in the rematch cutting the ring off.
I also think Oscar would come into the rematch with the sense he needs to fight for 12 rounds, that he can't just outbox Tito and expect to win on the judges scorecards.
Thus, even if Oscar outboxes Tito early, at some point, fireworks would burst and we end up with a classic fight.
I think Oscar's left hook eventually finds Tito's chin late and he finishes Tito.

    What say you?

Oscar goes for the KO early and expends himself.

Tide turns earlier and Tito is more Aggressive.

    Tito KO

Oscar OUTBOXES him just like he did the first time only this time he rightfully wins a decision..:deal

If Oscar really wants knock his ass out he could do it, simply because he could afford to go ***** out, toe to toe against the guy and most likely to come on top because he had a better chin..

I dunno i seemed to remember seeing a lot more of Tito on the canvas than Oscar during their careers..

Oscar would beat him. Oscar was strong and had a good chin. He had better footwork and overall ability. He didn't lose the first fight in my opinion.

DLH wins more clearly this time, not leaving the corrupt judges in doubt.....the same corrupt judges who gifted him the Quartey fight

If I was a betting man Oscar better boxer, better chin. Trinidad almost looked lost against movement and if you look throughout his career he's at his best when the target is stationary. But you can't underestimate tito's heart I feel he comes out for the 12th just feel its its a u/d in favour of Oscar unless he gets caught with something huge. De la hoya on points

Oscar beats him, just like he unofficially did the first time... except this time he doesn't take his foot off the gas.
